What are your fees?

A table of the fees can be found below. Fees vary across payment methods (cash vs. debit card) and store type (Chain vs Independent Retailer). This is because our costs to provide the service also vary.

Chain Retailers (e.g. 7-Eleven, CVS, Rite Aid)	$4.95 flat retailer service fee per transaction; 0% conversion fee (for a limited time)*
Independent Retailers	3% - 8% consumer fee (stores set their own fee)
ATMs	8% - 9.50% consumer fee
Cash Kiosks	8% - 12% consumer fee (stores set their own fee)

You can find the fees listed on every store location page. The exchange rate is available at libertyx.com, on the website menu bar, and at the top of the mobile app on all screens. The rate is computed at the time the transaction is completed.

You should not be charged any additional fees (processing fee or sales tax) above what is listed. Please contact support before paying any other fees as they cannot be refunded.
