I went to one of your stores and they said they don’t sell LibertyX.

First, thanks for being one of the pioneers! All of our listed retail partners have the LibertyX bitcoin service installed. However you may be the first person to request a LibertyX order from a certain employee, and they may be unaware that the store indeed sells LibertyX. We recommend the following solution at the store:

• Follow the instructions listed on the store location page in our mobile app/website. A store may have custom instructions so it is important to make sure you are on the store page for the location you are at.

• The cashier may say they don’t carry LibertyX. Please tell them they do and show them the instructions if necessary.
